It is a matter of pride and privilege to belong to one of the well –established and reputed schools of the United Arab Emirates- Progressive English School, Sharjah, owned by Dr. A.S.Judson, a prominent educationist and a patron and promoter of the expatriate community in the Middle East. Ever since I was appointed at the helm as Director of the School in May 2005, I have been witnessing the amazing growth of the School day by day till date.
Our holistic approach to education is reflected in the laurels won by the School both in academic and extra-curricular activities like, Music, Public Speaking, Quiz, Dramatics, Dance Drawing along with sports and games over the years. We consider education as an ongoing process from birth to death aimed at the pursuit of knowledge, truth and goodness. This temple of learning provides a second home for the students, with a dynamic and caring Principal, Mrs. Ishrat Yasin supported by a team of devoted faculty.
Ours is a friendly child-centered environment, where every child is special. As every child is important and deserves an atmosphere to grow its fullest potential, we endeavor to provide such opportunity at the school.
